Meet Michael Sparrow D.M.D.

Dr. Sparrow, a native of the Pacific Northwest, grew up in McMinnville, Oregon. He completed his Bachelors in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Oregon State University, where he graduated with honors. After graduation, Dr. Sparrow worked in cancer research at the OHSU Cancer Institute. Dr. Sparrow was accepted at the OSHU School of Dentistry and went on to complete his doctoral degree in June of 2012.

However, long before becoming a dentist, Dr. Sparrow developed a love for the artistic side of Dentistry. As a child, he spent many hours in his father’s dental lab, gaining a deep appreciation of how the intricacies of each tooth come together to create bright and healthy smiles. Dr. Sparrow believes in a patient-centered practice, treating his patients like family and providing clinical excellence with a gentle touch.

As a general dentist, Dr. Sparrow enjoys treating patients with routine, prophylactic, surgical, and emergent needs.

Outside of the office, Dr. Sparrow enjoys life with his wife, Allison and their two children, Casey and Evelyn. Dr. Sparrow is always up for a game of basketball, exploring the Pacific Northwest, or relaxing with a good book.

Meet Dr. Gordon Kelch

We would like to introduce the newest member of our team, Dr. Gordon Kelch. Dr. Kelch grew up near Chicago before attending Marquette University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Spanish. He then continued his education at Marquette where he completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After dental school he was accepted into the competitive Portland Veteran’s Hospital General Practice Residency where he received advanced training in multiple areas of comprehensive dentistry.

Dr. Kelch strives to treat his patients with exceptional care and does everything he can to make sure they feel comfortable. He enjoys getting to know his patients and their oral health concerns so they can collaborate on a treatment plan together. Dr. Kelch believes that each patient should feel good about their smile.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Kelch enjoys cooking, running, listening to music, and exploring the beautiful trails of the Pacific Northwest. He is excited to be a member of the Hiddenbrook Dental community and looks forward to meeting our wonderful patients.
